   To request a general zoning verification, please submit the information below. Depending on the information requested, a response generally takes up to one week to complete. In some instances additional time may be necessary. Please allow additional time for requests that seek specific information on a property beyond the information options specifically listed on the Zoning Verification Request. Note that commercial, multifamily and industrial projects are subject to Planning Department review. This includes, but is not limited to, new construction, additions, or moving into an existing space (even if no changes are proposed to the building or site). This is to ensure the business complies with the existing zoning regulations adopted by the City. If your project falls under this type of project, you may be required to attend a pre-application meeting to further discuss your project.
