The Planning Department has been working on an update to the zoning and subdivision regulations, known as the Development Code Update, over the past two years. We are excited to announce that the project is beginning to wrap up and public hearings have been scheduled. The public hearing dates are:
Planning Commission on March 24, 2022 at 6PM; and
City Council on April 19, 2022 at 6PM.
Both hearings will take place at City Hall - 130 S. McKinley Ave., Fort Lupton, CO 80621.
