The City of Fort Lupton is updating its Development Code, including the zoning regulations of the City. As part of this update, the City is creating a new zone district known as the DT Downtown Zone District. The draft DT Downtown Zone District is an implementation step consistent with the Downtown Sub-area Plan of the Adopted Comprehensive Plan.
Certain properties within downtown Fort Lupton are being proposed to be rezoned to the DT Downtown Zone District, and your property is included in this proposed rezoning. A map of the area being proposed area being rezoned to the DT Downtown Zone District can be found at https://www.fortluptonco.gov/856/Development-Code-Update.
