[ARCHIVED] DEADLINE EXTENDED Announcing the 2020 Facade Improvement Grant Program Cycle!

FLURA is excited to announce that beginning on January 17, 2020 at 8:00 AM, the grant cycle for the Facade Improvement Grant Program will officially open! 

The Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority (FLURA) Facade Improvement Program is a competitive grant program meant to encourage property owners and tenants of buildings within eligible portions of Fort Lupton’s historic commercial core to make exterior improvements that will revitalize the area and attract customers to shop, dine and do business in Fort Lupton.

The Facade Improvement Program provides up to a 50% match to projects that are awarded by the FLURA Board. The Grant is to be used for eligible costs of facade improvements as detailed in the Program Guidelines and only to properties located within the designated Facade Improvement Program Area (PDF). Both commercial and residential properties are eligible.

The application deadline is April 1, 2020 May 1, 2020 at 5 p.m. More information on eligibility and how to apply can be found in the application documents below.

The Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority has allocated approximately $30,000 for the Facade Program in 2020.
