The Board of Adjustment has an opening for a regular board member and an opening for an alternate to serve in place of a board member that is unable to attend a hearing. The Board hears and decides variance requests related to the City's zoning code. The Board also hears and decides appeals that are brought in response to an interpretation, order, requirement, decision or determination made by the City based on the building and zoning code.
