Applications for the 2018 Grant Cycle for the Facade Program Due on April 2nd at 5:00 PM!
The Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority (FLURA) is excited to announce that it will be offering the Facade Improvement Grant Program for its second year! This is a competitive grant program to encourage exterior improvements to buildings located within Fort Lupton's historic commercial core to revitalize the area, and attract customers to shop, dine, and do business in Fort Lupton.
The Facade Improvement Program provides up to a 50% match to projects that are awarded by the FLURA Board. The Grant is to be used for eligible costs of facade improvements as detailed in the Program Guidelines and only to properties located within the designated Facade Improvement Program Area. Both commercial and residential properties are eligible.
