The Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority (FLURA) Facade Improvement Program is a competitive grant program meant to encourage property owners and tenant of buildings within eligible portions of Fort Lupton's historic commercial core to make exterior improvements that will revitalize the area and attract customers to shop, dine and do business in Fort Lupton.
The Facade Improvement Program will provide up to a 50% match to projects that are awarded by the FLURA Board.
The Facade Improvement Grant Program Application will be available beginning Friday, January 20, 2017 at 8:00 AM and will be posted on this webpage. The Guidelines detailing submittal requirements and other information on the Grant Program will also be posted at this time.
Once the grant cycle opens on January 20th at 8:00 AM, applications will be accepted until April 1, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
