The Facade Improvement Grant Program for 2021 is Open!

The Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority (FLURA) Facade Improvement Program is a competitive grant program meant to encourage property owners and tenants of buildings within eligible portions of Fort Lupton’s historic commercial core to make exterior improvements that will revitalize the area and attract customers to shop, dine and do business in Fort Lupton.

The Facade Improvement Program provides up to a 50% match to projects that are awarded by the FLURA Board. The Grant is to be used for eligible costs of facade improvements as detailed in the Program Guidelines and only to properties located within the designated Facade Improvement Program Area. Both commercial and residential properties are eligible.

The deadline to submit an application for a Facade Improvement Grant is May 1, 2021 by 5:00 PM.
