The Fort Lupton Urban Renewal Authority (FLURA) Building Renovation Grant Program is a competitive grant program to encourage certain qualified improvements to buildings located within Fort Lupton's historic commercial core to revitalize the area, and attract customers to shop, dine, and do business in Fort Lupton.
The Building Renovation Program provides up to a 50% match to projects that are awarded by the FLURA Board. The Grant is to be used for eligible costs of building renovations as detailed in the Program Guidelines and only for properties located within the designated Building Renovation Program Area. Both commercial and residential properties are eligible.
