Land Use Application Process & Forms

STEP 1: Pre-Application Review Meeting

All land use development proposals require a Pre-Application Review Meeting with the Planning & Building Department prior to submitting application paperwork for any proposed project. 

To obtain a pre-application review, complete and submit the Pre-Application Review Questionnaire, which you can find at:

Fees related to your project, or submittal requirements, cannot be confirmed by Planning staff prior to the Pre-Application Review Meeting. However, you can get a general idea of our processes by reviewing Step 2: Land Use Application Submittal listed below.

STEP 2: Land Use Application Submittal

After the pre-application meeting, the Planning & Building Department will provide you with information on the type of land use application submittals that are required for your project. You can tab through the various land use forms and application information packets provided. Additional information for all applications can be reviewed in the Land Use Application Manual.
