Reserve a Conference Room
The Fort Lupton Public & School Library offers room reservations to the public free of charge. Availability of rooms is subject to change and priority is given to library-sponsored functions. The rooms will be available on equal terms to all groups in the community regardless of the beliefs and affiliations of their members. Meeting in the Library does not constitute sponsorship or acceptance by the Library of the views of the groups using the facility.
A valid email address and Civic Plus account is required to make a library room reservation. Using this reservation system does not guarantee reservation, it simply serves as a request for room usage. Scheduling will be handled by the library staff. Requesting party will receive an email confirmation of the request and a subsequent email confirming the status of the reservation. Citizens may appeal staff decisions on use of the room to the Library Board.
We do not accept community room reservations that are further out than 2 months from date requested.
Reading Room, Computer Lab, and Study Rooms can be reserved a maximum amount of 2 times per week.
Available rooms are as follows:
Community Room 1: Kitchenette including refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Suitable for up to 50 people. Access to tables and chairs. Mondo board Reservations can be made 24 hours and up to 2 months prior.
Community Room 2: Mounted wall monitor. Suitable for up to 45 people. Access to tables and chairs. Reservations can be made 24 hours and up to 2 months prior.
Full Community Room (1 & 2): Bigger space for larger events. Access to kitchenette, wall mounted screen, tables, & chairs. Suitable for up to 95 people. Reservations can be made 24 hours and up to 2 months prior.
*Community rooms can be reserved a maximum amount of 4 times per month.
Reading Room: Cozy space and cozy furniture. Suitable for up to __ people. Ideal for small meetings and social clubs.
Reservations can be made 24 hours and up to 7 days prior.
Computer Lab: Access to 6 desktop computers and wall mounted whited board for conducting small lessons. Suitable for 6-8 people. Maximum occupancy of: Reservations can be made 24 hours and up to 7 days prior.
Study Room 1: Wall mounted screen with capability to connect personal devices. Ideal for private room usage and conducting small meetings. Maximum occupancy of:

Study Room 2: Wall mounted screen with capability to connect personal devices. Ideal for private room usage and conducting small meetings. Maximum occupancy of:
Reservations can be made 24 hours and up to 7 days prior.
*There will be no use of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs on the premises.
*All patrons utilizing library spaces are subject to library policies.
In order to reserve a conference room, you will need to create an account with Civic Plus when prompted.
Please complete the Room Reservation Request Form in full. Incomplete request forms and forms submitted less than 24 business hours prior to your event may not be considered.
